Help a Kid Be a Kid – Volunteer
Our 2024 Campaign has come to an end. Thank you to all who have volunteered this year, and we hope to see you again next year!
We want to help every child feel the joys and freedom of riding a bike. You can help by volunteering to help during our annual campaign every fall.
We typically run three-hour shifts at a warehouse, six days a week in the afternoons, Wednesday evenings, Saturday mornings, and mornings when schools are closed so students can earn community service hours.
We can use people with all levels of bike experience, from “What’s a bike?” to “Mechanic for the Tour de France.”
High School kids under age 18 will need a permission slip; younger kids need to be accompanied by an adult. It’s a great way to earn community service hours, to help the community, and to contribute to our putting smiles on children’s faces in December. We offer a chance to help change a life.
Volunteer opportunities will again be available in 2025.
