The pandemic has significantly increased the demand for bicycles for underserved children, this led us to look for a larger space to refurbish more of them. I’m happy to say our search has been successful. Thanks to the help of Matt Melnick, Senior Director of Brokerage Services at Cushman Wakefield, and to the generosity of the owners, Adler Real Estate Partners, our new warehouse will be at 9720 Patuxent Woods Drive, Columbia MD 21046.
The new space is almost twice the size of last year’s space and is completely open. We’ll be arranging it with the pandemic in mind, with fans, barriers, and more tools to avoid the need for sharing.
The warehouse is near the intersection of Broken Land Parkway and Snowden River Parkway: After turning on to Patuxent Woods Drive, take the first right and go all the way back past NVR Mortgage. Our space is in the rear. Park along the curb to the left, NOT behind NVR Mortgage.
If you are bicycling, the warehouse can be reached from Patuxent Branch Trail via a paved path starting just under the bridge from Lake Elkhorn. There is also a short path with a staircase if you’re coming from the other direction, but it is probably faster just to go to the Broken Land Parkway bridge.
